    Who are we?

    N2i Systems LLC is a Veteran Owned Small Business specializing in all aspects of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT). From collection and analysis to system engineering and integration, N2i’s expertise will make a positive impact on your SIGINT mission. Established and headquartered in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area in 2007, N2i supports industry and government customers in Annapolis Junction Maryland, Aurora Colorado, Northern Virginia, and Oak Ridge Tennessee.

    What is our expertise?

    N2i has a core expertise in the processing and analysis of Technical SIGINT, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Geospatial multi-int/multi-platform data sensing, processing, fusion and analysis. Our professional analysts and engineers have a combined 150+ years supporting the intelligence and defense community on all manner of programs.

     

    We have provided support to collection system engineering and integration, Radar Warning Receiver (RWR) and Electronic Support Measures (ESM) program support, mission planning and targeting, counter improvised explosive device (IED) analysis, and SIGINT database and software development. We have substantial expertise examining the capabilities of advanced foreign weapons systems and providing analytic products to support the EW community.

    SIGINT Expertise:

    SIGINT is our core expertise. We are experts in all topics related to the collection, processing, analysis, reporting and interpretation of SIGINT data. Specific and unique areas of expertise include:

     

    • Collection of radio frequency emissions across all RF bands
    • Weapons systems analysis and assessment
    • Power, Pattern, and Polarization (P3) collection and analysis
    • Electronic Attack (EA) collection and analysis
    • RF/PRI stability measurement

    System Engineering and Integration:

    Our experts have been engineering and integrating highly specialized collection systems since 1979. Our understanding of the RF spectrum will aid and enhance the development of EW, and RWR systems and sensors designed to perform SIGINT detection and collection. We apply our expertise to aid government customers in establishing requirements, advise on leveraging the latest Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware components, and testing hardware and software aspects of systems to ensure compliance with program requirements. Our subject matter experts can guide your requirements process and development cycle ensuring the product satisfies the mission and supports the warfighter.

    Training:

    N2i personnel can offer on-site one-on-one training and mentoring for the customer’s signals analysis workforce. Our expertise spans the breadth of SIGINT disciplines, and training can include hardware/software instruction; signal theory; analysis and interpretation; or reporting and documentation. N2i trainers can quickly develop tailored training course material to meet your needs and provide this instruction at your facility.

    Product Evaluation/Collection-on-Demand:

    N2i will function as an independent evaluator of hardware and software developed for the purposes of SIGINT or Electronic Warfare. We can provide an unbiased evaluation and feedback to determine if the product meets the customer’s requirements. N2i can also provide Collection-on-Demand (COD) services to US Government agencies and defense contractors to provide evaluation of radiating hardware (RADAR, IFF, etc.) at the waveform level. With our knowledge of the threat spectrum, we can identify potential vulnerabilities or susceptibility of systems from both friendly and unfriendly sources.
